BizSafer provides Production-First Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code, Cloud Migration & Modernization, High-Performance Engineering, Infrastructure Hardening, and Observability & Monitoring services for scaling platforms.
The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements, proposals, or contracts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

Prices for our services are specified in individual proposals or agreements. All prices are in the currency stated and are subject to applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon project completion. For ongoing services, payment may be required monthly or according to the agreed schedule.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to withhold delivery of work or access to services until payment is received in full.
Refund policies vary by service type and will be specified in your project agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for completed work are provided only in cases of significant service failure as determined by BizSafer.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BizSafer or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However, we retain ownership of any pre-existing materials, templates, tools, or methodologies used in creating your project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials. We will not disclose confidential information without your permission.
You grant us a license to use any content you provide for the purpose of delivering services to you. This license terminates upon completion of the project, except for portfolio and promotional purposes as stated above.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services, including but not limited to website traffic, search rankings, or sales conversions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We are not responsible for any third-party services, websites, or content that may be linked to or integrated with our services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.
You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing written notice. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations for services already rendered or work in progress.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms, non-payment, or abusive behavior.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your account and any associated data. Provisions regarding payment obligations, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh for any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
